What time is check-in?

Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. If you arrive early, you are welcome to enjoy the surrounding sights.
We will show you to your room as soon as it is ready.

Can I bring my pet?

We ask that guests refrain from bringing pets, in the interest of a comfortable stay for all. Thank you for your understanding.
We would be glad to introduce pet hotels nearby instead.

What dining is available?

We serve course meals prepared with fresh local ingredients.
Our BBQ plan is also popular. Advance reservations are required.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations are free of charge up to 3 days before your reservation date.
After that, a cancellation fee applies. Please confirm the details when booking.

Are there activities?

We offer a range of activities, from stargazing to river kayaking.
Each season brings different experiences, so please do take part. Ask our staff for details.
